Cater Business Park businesses voted to become a Business Improvement District from 1 May 2008 and the scheme will run for a five year period. The vote followed the conclusion of an earlier Park Regeneration Project funded under the Government (SRB) Single Regeneration Budget Programme, managed by the Hartcliffe and Withywood Community Partnership (HWCP).
